The next blood drive of 2022 for K of C Council 6168 - Our Lady of Grace Parish, will be on Saturday, April 23, 2022, from 8 am to 1 PM at the council hall, 2389 W Norvell Bryant Highway, at the corner of W Pinecone Ave. and route 486 in Lecanto.
This is the fourth Saturday in April as the traditional third Saturday is Easter weekend. Please plan on participating in this spring drive, and give the much needed gift of life giving blood to your community.
There will be a complimentary breakfast and tokens of appreciation for all donors, and LifeSouth protocols provide a safe and comfortable environment for donating. The February 19, 2022 drive collected 13 units from 18 donors at the council hall, and 2 units including platelets from 2 donors at a LifeSouth Facility, for a total of 15 units of precious blood from 20 donors. We are thankful for LifeSouth’s $10 gift certificates, and the continental breakfast for all participants. Once again, we are grateful to all who participated in this first drive of 2022.
