August 24, 2023Grow closer to God this fall! Pick up a copy of the devotional publication The Word Among Us and spend 5 to 10 minutes each day reflecting on the word of God for your life.
Copies are located at the church exits.
The Word Among Us features uplifting and thought-provoking meditations based on the daily Mass readings.
· The September issue is on seeking to do the Father’s will, and the title is “I Must Be in My Father’s House”
· October is on 3 biblical characters whose lives were changed by Jesus: Mary Magdalene, Zacchaeus, and Thomas.
· November is on the “Already and Not Yet” – how we can experience the blessings of heaven right now on earth!
· December is on the Holy Family and what they can teach us about life in our own marriages and families; how we can better love one another in the midst of challenges.
